1. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

3. How to Initiate a Return:

Once approved, package the item securely and include your order number.

Ship the product to the address provided by our team.
4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the product or issue a refund.
6. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
